The body and neck are manufactured by a Japanese supplier with a long-standing relationship of trust with Xotic. Then, the expert builders at Xotic Japan hand-paint, age, and assemble the basses.
Since 2017, the PLEK system has been introduced to scan the condition of each neck. Frets are leveled so that each bass is in its optimal condition, ensuring every single instrument is perfectly adjusted.
